Deputy Manager needed Urgently

Job Role :

• This particular role is based within the town of Redditch. The Deputy Manager will be looking to support the home manager in this appreciated and valued care home.
• As a Deputy Manager, you will be looking to provide leadership for the nursing and care staff, consistently deliver high quality clinical and care services for the residents.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that outstanding clinical care is provided.
• You will be required to accept responsibility, with support and direction to effectively manage your nursing and care colleagues.
• As the homes nurse expert you will be expected to utilise your nursing skills but also adapting your leadership and managerial skills.
• Comply with the clinical governance framework.
• Be responsible for co-coordinating an agreed care plan and, where appropriate, to implement and evaluate agreed action, including direct work with some users.

Our residence will provide a home for older people who need support to enable them to live the life they want and enjoy. We offer nursing and residential care to short term respite care. Dementia care, palliative and end of life care

The home has 38 bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities.

Previous experience and / or qualifications in Nursing are essential to apply for this role.
