We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and complex health needs to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a  Sleep night   Support Worker  at our clients home based in  Mancot, Deeside.

When you'll be working :

  • Sleeping night shifts
  • hour long shifts (21 : 00 until 08 : 30)
  • Part time available, 2 / 3 shifts per week
  • Alternative weekends

What you'll be doing :

This role is to support our male client in their own home overnight. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication and moving and handling.

No previous experience required  as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
