Job descriptionLiaising with the Shift Manager, Customer Services and Operations Manager; Correct preparation and issuing of drivers paperwork; Create pre-advices for arriving stock on SCE; Releasing of pre-advising on SCE; Contacting customers via email for information regarding pre-advices; To maintain an integral email account according to strict protocols; To communicate effectively with line managers; Order entry as required; Filing as required; Scanning of loading manifests and drivers run sheets; Emailing EPODS to depots; Printing of European McBurney labels.
