This role is to start ASAP and is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person.The role

• Support students with behaviour in lessons and around the school.
• Support with the lesson removal system (Session Manager / On call) and supervise withdrawn students.
• Undertake the supervision of detentions.
• Establish positive working relationships with vulnerable students and their families to support their individual needs in school.The candidate will :
• Have previous school employment experience supporting secondary aged students with additional behaviour needs.
• Demonstrate professionalism and operate within the schools behaviour policies and systems.
