About this Role
This role is accountable for the translation of the global commercial strategy for the Global Ad Effectiveness Practice Area to Europe, as well as meeting financial targets for Ad Effectiveness in the region. It entails creating a strategy to retain existing clients and attract new ones in this space via both direct Practice Area outreach, as well as in collaboration with sales Business Partners aligned to client accounts and industry verticals. This role is accountable for accurately managing an active sales pipeline with consistent sales forecasting for the EU Ad Effectiveness business as well as prospecting, value creation, pitching, negotiating and closing deals.
The EU Ad Effectiveness Practice Area Leader will be accountable to the EU Brand & Media Lead in the Strategic Analytics & Insights organization. This role will also support the Global Ad Effectiveness Leader in setting the global commercial strategy and in helping to craft the toolkit of the future that will win in this space and achieve sustained growth.
