As an Agency Mental Health Support Worker, you must :

Be over the age of 18 to applyHave the right to work in the UK.Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.Have 6 months prior experience in a healthcare settingHave excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sectorBe able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilitiesHave a genuine passion working in the healthcare sectorThe duties of an Agency Care Assistant include assisting with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation and medication management, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
