Service Manager – Specialist Supported Living Services?? Location : Sheffield?? Salary : £27,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience?? As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Service Manager who shares our values and dedication to excellence.Your RoleAs a Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our services meet the highest regulatory and quality standards. You'll work closely with the Registered Manager, leading a team of passionate care professionals and driving a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being and independence of the individuals we support.What You'll Be Doing? Regulatory Compliance – Support the Registered Manager with CQC registration and inspections.? Operational Leadership – Lead the service in the Registered Manager's absence.? Team Management – Inspire, supervise, and develop a high-performing care team.? Quality Assurance – Ensure compliance with CQC and Health & Safety regulations.? Person-Centred Care – Oversee care plans, assessments, and risk management.? Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with families, professionals, and external partners.? Crisis & Safeguarding Management – Ensure timely incident reporting and safeguarding procedures.? Service Development – Contribute to the growth and improvement of our care services.What We're Looking For? Essential : ?? Experience supervising or managing staff in health or social care.?? Knowledge of supported living services and care planning.?? Strong leadership and motivational skills.?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.?? A proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges.?? Willingness to develop professionally.? Desirable : ?? Level 3 or above qualification in a healthcare-related subject.??
