We are looking for a dedicated Scheduler to join our team and organise the Engineers daily jobs.Job SummaryThe Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are maintained to the highest standard, promoting a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for all employees. This role will involve coordinating maintenance activities, managing service providers, and supporting various facility-related projects.Key Responsibilities

• Schedule PPM’s to Engineers.
• Schedule work orders with engineers
• Scheduling for all responsive repairs; liaising with tenants, client, contractors and external parties.
• Reacting to emergencies raised by the client and overseeing engineer's attendance
• Plan efficiencies of location and response time improvements
• Schedule PPM’s / WAF’s to Subcontractors.
• Diagnose technical abilities and fault reported to determine “P” code is correctly applied.
• Handling customer complaints or queries via telephone, email or letter.
• Manage completion of PPM’s and Reactives on Maximo CAFM System
• Manage “Soft Service” Contractors; Window Cleaning, Security, Grounds and Gardens, Pest Control.
• Control and issue engineer’s uniform.
• Support Maintenance Managers in the delivery of contract deliverables.
• Chasing subcontractors’ reports / schedules
• To achieve the teams agreed performance targets and ensure that SLA’s are metQualifications and Skills
• Previous experience in a customer facing role (Customer Services, Admin, PA, Project Management)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
