Sales Engineer

A new Sales Engineer opportunity is available with my client who are a well-established leading manufacturer of industrial furnaces and kilns solutions as well associated equipment. They also offer relocation, refurbishment, repairs and maintenance and are used within a wide range of industries. Their ideal candidate will have proven technical sales experience to be the technical hook up between the Sales and Engineering teams.Sales Engineer role : The successful Sales Engineer will be office based, report to the Sales Director and responsible for : Develop new business and existing customers - End Users and OEM's mainly in the aerospace & defence, forgings and heat treatment IndustriesConduct site visits with existing and potential clientsPrepare and submit quotationsProvide pre-sales technical support on a range of products including Furnaces, Kilns and associated equipmentCoordinate sales project requirements and liaise with various engineering departmentsOccasional travel throughout the UK with some overseasSales Engineer requirement : Educated to a relevant engineering disciplineProven experience with furnaces, kilns, process engineering, instrumentation, automation or materials handling.Combine technical knowledge and sales skills to offer the best solutions to clients mainly in the aerospace & defence, forgings, heat treatment, automotive, electronics, chemicals and oil Industries.Valid UK driving licenseSales Engineer package : Salary £DOEOther attractive benefits TBCPension23 days holiday + bank hols
