to join a well-established gastro pub in the Ribble Valley. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and driven hospitality professional to take on a leadership role in a busy and welcoming venue.Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and an excellent guest experienceLead and support the front-of-house team, maintaining high standards of customer serviceAssist in stock control, ordering, and supplier managementManage bookings and event coordination where necessaryEnsure all health and safety regulations and licensing laws are adhered toWork closely with senior management to drive business performanceRequirements :
