Position Senior Quantity SurveyorStart March / AprilSalary £70k - £80k plus packageOffice Location South East (HybridProjects The City / Greater LondonProfileThis Senior Quantity Surveyor role is to work on a permanent basis for a contractor who have a strong foot hold in both the Retail sector.Due to their success over recent years where they have delivered high end and quality schemes, they have recently secured several new long-term framework with a Major high street brand, which now puts them in a fantastic position to start investing in a new teamRoleWe are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who ideally has experience of ideally working on Retail / fit out or commercial projects or have good knowledge of frameworks in general and can help their team deliver jobs up to £10m.Your duties will be to –

• Working closely with the commercial team to maintain commercial viability.
• Supply chain management
• Expenditure evaluations
• Involvement with the subcontract procurement process
• Contractual documentation - control and administration
• Collate and calculate site information for the commercial team
• Communicate with site and operational team members for accurate recording of info.Plus points
