Job Title : Experienced Retail Car Sales ExecutiveLocation : StourbridgeOur client, a well-established family-owned dealer group, is offering an exciting career opportunity for an Experienced Sales Executive to join their team at their franchise dealership based in the Stourbridge area.This role demands a driven individual with the dynamism to exceed sales targets and the interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service, leading to recommendations and referrals. You should be able to follow a sales process while adding your personal flair and have the determination to achieve success every day.What is on Offer :

• A basic salary plus commission giving a realistic, uncapped, OTE of £50,000+
• A supportive and dynamic work environmentKey Responsibilities :
• Handle enquiries on New and Used vehicles.
• Hit targets for New & Used car sales.
• Prospect customer database and service customers.
• Consistently achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction Scores.
• Perform housekeeping duties including Used Car display presentation, showroom presentation, and ensuring Manufacturer standards are met.Requirements :
• Driven, enthusiastic, and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations.
• 100% focused on delivering an excellent purchasing experience for customers.
• PC literacy is a must; this role requires extensive IT use.
• High standard of administrative and paperwork skills.
• Ability to follow the FCA compliant process.Opening HoursMonday – Friday 9.00 am – 6.00 pmSaturdays - 9.00 am – 5.00 pmSundays – 10.00 am – 4.00 pm
