Key responsibilities
- Preperation of all meeting rooms - with hospitality as requested
- Collection and delivery of hospitality in a timely manner
- Liase with booking representive from time of booking to event completion
- Comuicate with the catering team, forth coming events and requirements
- Ensure all legal onligations are meet with regards allergens, food safety and record keeping
- Ensure all area are left clean tidy and ready to use
- Ensure hospitality areas are fit for purpose, report issues as required
- You will need to be Smart - Uniform provided
- Forward thinking and organised
- Flexible with working hours, no two weeks could be the same
- Have a good eye for detail
