We’re delighted to be partnering with a leading Charity / Non-Profit based in South East London, who are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the team on a seven month Fixed Term Contract.

What's on offer :

The role is 37.5 hours per week with flexible working and with an excellent hybrid working set up of 3 days on site and 2 days working from home. The salary on offer for this role is £50,000 per annum .

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified CIMA / ACCA accountant and need to have experience dealing with budgets of over £10 million.

Duties will include (but not limited to) :

Work closely with the Director of Finance and Head of Finance in driving the annual planning, budgeting and forecasting for the organisation, with values over £10million

Support and guid budget holders and senior managers in their financial management responsibilities, which included the preparation and management of phased budgets

Provide analysis and insight to the monthly management accounts

Support other directorates in the preparation of business proposals, and challenged these effectively

Build financial models, provide insights on new business opportunities, and guide budget holders through financial decision-making processes

Coach the management accountant on reporting frameworks, collaborate with team members, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation

Experience required :

ACCA / CIMA qualified

Experience dealing with budgets of over £10 million

Power BI finance system -

Skills, knowledge and expertise required :

Ability to communicate with the senior leadership team

Organised and can manage workloads effectively
