The company has built a strong reputation over several decades for its attention to detail, skilled craftsmanship, and commitment to traditional building methods.Role Overview : You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on-site, supervising teams, and ensuring that roofing and restoration projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in roofing who enjoys working on both modern and heritage properties.Responsibilities Include :

• Supervising on-site teams and subcontractors
• Coordinating project timelines, materials, and site logistics
• Conducting quality control and ensuring health & safety compliance
• Liaising with clients, surveyors, and internal teams
• Reporting project progress and addressing any challengesRequirements :
• Proven experience managing roofing projects
• Strong knowledge of slate, tile, lead, and traditional roofing systems
• Liquid Waterproofing
• Built Up Felt
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• CSCS Gold or Black card preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for traditional building techniques is a plus
