Pertemps, on behalf of our client, is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Operations Team Leader to join a thriving HR & Recruitment team! This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives on people management, sales, and operations, ensuring smooth processes and driving success.

Your Role :
Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional HR & recruitment support.
Oversee the sales and operational functions of the department, ensuring efficiency and target achievement.
Provide HR support to Head Office and store managers, handling queries and issues.
Manage and allocate department workload, ensuring smooth and effective processes.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new store teams.
Work closely with senior leadership on HR, recruitment, and operational projects.
Streamline processes, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively.
What We’re Looking For :
People management experience – confident in leading and developing a team.
Strong HR & recruitment knowledge with an operational mindset.
A proactive sales approach, able to drive performance and meet targets.
Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.
A confident relationship builder with strong communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR / recruitment systems.
The Details :
Location : Plymouth, Devon
Hours : Monday – Friday, 08 : 45 AM – 17 : 30 PM
Contract : Temporary to Permanent
