Growth Marketing ExecutiveEdinburgh / Hybrid - OTE of up to £43,000Bright Purple are on the lookout for an experienced Growth Marketing Executive to join a scaling tech product company in Edinburgh. You will own and execute a range of growth initiatives from campaigns and content to  referral systems and social engagement What is in it for me?Once up to speed the working arrangement can be hybrid (3 days in office) Paying market rate with additional compensation plan for successful results.A true product and tech scale-up in Edinburgh where company revenue is increasing circa 6% per month.Career progression opportunities as company scaling now – no longer in that start-up phase but maturing at pace.Working with a team of passionate growth marketers who are open to new ideas.What you'll be doing : Write clear, compelling copy for campaigns, landing pages, emails, and social Build and optimise a referral program - flows, incentives, CTAs Activate brand advocates for reviews, shoutouts, case studies, and UGCDrive visibility, trust, and inbound through socialPlan and run targeted email flows (drip campaigns, referral nudges, upgrades, reactivation) Write and test emails for different segments across the funnelWhat we are looking for : 2–4 years in growth, content, or B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or hospitality tech) Strong writing skills - crisp, punchy, and on-brand Confident on Social platforms like LinkedIn and in customer-facing dialogue Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Canva, GA4, and basic no-code tools A creative thinker with a commercial mindset and a love of fast feedback loopsThis is a hybrid role, with three days per week being onsite in Edinburgh once up to speed. Apply today for immediate consideration.Bright Purple are an equal opportunities employer : we are proud to work with clients who share our values of diversity and inclusion in our industry
