Role – Level 4 Counseling LecturerLocation – SurreySalary - £40.19 / hour (£33.49 / hour + £6.70 / hour holiday pay)Start – ASAPHours – Sessional (hourly paid)Contract type - PermanentOverview : I am working with a college in Surrey who is currently working with a college to recruit an inspirational and enthusiastic Level 4 Counselling Lecturer to join the Professional and Service Industries department.Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across the Level 4 Counselling provision
• Act as course leader for the Level 4 Counselling programme
• Promote student attendance and engagement
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to department planning
• Support curriculum development and continuous improvement
• Contribute to open evenings, parents’ evenings, and related eventsIdeal Candidate Will Have :
• Training in SEG (Skills and Education Group)
• Significant experience in research methods
• A passion for teaching and supporting student success
