SEN Teacher

This is a supportive and inclusive school dedicated to providing high-quality education for all students, including those with special educational needs. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to join their team and support children with a range of learning difficulties, helping them achieve their full potential.

Duties as a SEN Teacher :

• Plan and deliver personalised lessons that cater to the diverse needs of SEN pupils.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to provide tailored support.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to support children with varying learning difficulties, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Contribute to whole-school SEN initiatives and staff training.
