Nurse - Days

Salary : £24.50 per hour + Incentives

Hours : Part Time – 7 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm, 2 days a week (including some weekends)

Location : Sleaford

About the Role :

Merco is excited to represent a well-established care home group in their search for a dedicated Nurse to join their day team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Nurse looking to work part-time in a professional nursing home environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, writing Person-Centred Care Plans, and supporting the team in delivering compassionate and person-focused care.

Essential Requirements for Nurse :

Relevant Professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD))
Minimum of one year’s experience in a nursing home setting
Experience of writing Person-Centred Care Plans
Must live within 30 minutes of the home to ensure prompt attendance

Preferred Requirements for Nurse :

Three years’ experience in a similar role within a nursing home

One year’s experience caring for residents living with dementia

RGN Qualification
