Job Title :  CNC / Manual GrinderLocation : WolverhamptonIndustry : AerospaceContract Type : PermanentShift : 3 Shift (AM, PM, Nights Rotating)The Role - CNC / Manual GrinderMy client, a leading manufacture specialising in the aerospace and defence industry, is currently seeking a talented CNC / Manual Grinder to join their team.As a Grinder you’ll be responsible for operating and setting manual Studer machine and CNC machines to produce parts to extremely high tolerance.You’ll be joining a great team within a vibrant employment sector.Key Responsibilities - CNC / Manual GrinderOperate and set Manual Studer machines and CNC machines.Grind and machine exotic and hardened materials with precision.Perform first-off inspections and complete relevant quality documentation.Carry out manual land grinding to extremely tight tolerances.Set up and run multiple machines and processes.Using the relevant inspection techniques / equipment to achieve drawing tolerance.Go through self-certification to qualify as quality stamp holder.Qualifications & Requirements – CNC / Manual GrinderA recognised engineering apprenticeship.Manual grinding experience required.Good knowledge of machining techniques and appropriate tooling.Attention to detail and accuracy and process improvement.What we can offer – CNC / Manual GrinderPrivate HealthcareLife assurance33 days including bank h...
