Greycoat Lumley's are delighted to have an Exceptional Opportunity in Edinburgh. Our client is seeking a Full-Time Live-In Housekeeper in the very prestigious New Town area of Edinburgh. The family (with 3 adult children and 2 dogs) plan on being at the property for a total of 8 weeks per year. The family have long term staff who work for them, they are very welcoming and looking for a Housekeeper to stay with them for a number of years. The property set over several floors will be in a newly renovated condition which is a benefit to be able to keep to a high standard. The dogs will only be at the property when the Principal is there.

Duties will include :

• Run the household
• Cleaning
• Tidying
• Laundry and ironing
• Meal planning and cooking
• Dog walking
• Shopping for household goods and food
• Overseeing tradesmen

The ideal candidate for this role will be kind, reliable, professional and pet friendly.

Days :   5 days per week - need to be flexible when the family visit

Salary : £38,000 to £45,000 GPA

Accommodation : Newly renovated flat separate to the main house. Own entrance and courtyard space. 1 bedroom, living room / kitchen and shower-room.
