Customer Team Leader
Location : Village Stores, The Green, Hatfield Heath, CM22 7EB
Pay : £13.32 per hour
Contract : 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern : 4 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Full, paid training provided
You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
