Due to growth, our client based on the outskirts of Kettering is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing team. The successful candidate will need experience at Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing level as you'll be involved in the full marketing mix with the support of the Marketing Manager. - Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create a social media calendar
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Google Ads
- Ensure the website is kept relevant and engaging
- Update the website with new content, blogs and customer stories
- Support the development of robust PR campaigns to support all events and initiatives
- Support the exhibition programme through PR and social media
- Work with the sales team to plan and execute exhibitions
- Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy is effectively managed, grown and delivered to meet objectives
- Work with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of the marketing strategy
- Assisting with the preparation of product launches
- Monitoring and optimizing SEO
About you...
Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing, or a marketing graduate, ideally within a B2B environmentExperience using social media platforms and writing engaging contentAble to work on your own initiative and has excellent time managementMust be able to multitaskStrong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Customer and results-focusedCopywriting skillsAble to create insight-driven content to engage target audiences as part of a wider business or commercial strategyBasic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing toolsCRM, preferably HubSpot, experienceAbility to work some weekends and evenings when requiredOn offer is a competitive salary of up to £27k, and good opportunities for development and progression.
