Practicus is partnering with a Property Client, during a pivotal time in their journey. We're helping them urgently find a dynamic Process Improvement Delivery Manager for a crucial 12-month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover, with potential extension confirmed!).

About the Role with Our Client :
- Lead & Inspire : Manage and develop their talented team of 16 process professionals (3 Senior Analysts, 13 Analysts) 🧑🤝🧑
- Strategic Impact : Collaborate on strategic planning to ensure the team delivers measurable business value (they're already contributing million pounds worth of annual savings! 💰)
- Stakeholder Engagement : Confidently liaise with and influence senior stakeholders, right up to Director and Executive levels 💼
- Drive Excellence : Oversee demand management, resource allocation, and ensure the quality delivery (using BPMN 2.0) of process improvement initiatives 📊
- Champion Change : Play a key role in supporting the team and wider organisation in adopting new, efficient ways of working 🌱
