We’re seeking a dynamic Zone Commercial Planning Specialist to drive demand forecasting and enhance forecast accuracy across our zone (Northwest Europe). You'll be the go-to expert, coordinating with sales, marketing, and service teams to align demand strategies and ensure seamless communication with cross-functional teams.

Your role :

• Demand Forecasting : Develop and refine zone-level demand forecasts for instruments, reagents, and consumables, enhancing accuracy.
• Collaboration : Partner with sales, marketing, and service teams to validate customer demand and gather market intelligence.
• KPI Monitoring : Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on forecasts and inventory levels.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement demand planning enhancements and best practices.
• Central Contact : Serve as the primary point of contact for demand planning within the zone, ensuring effective communication.
• Decision Support : Aid Zone Business and Finance Leads in forecasting decisions.
• Risk Management : Evaluate risks and offer insights to optimize inventory and demand plans.
