  • About Our Client

    This large organisation, which operates within the Energy & Natural Resources industry, is based in Norwich. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team on a permanent basis. You will ideally have experience with end to end recruitment, familiar with liaising with stakeholders at all levels and taking initiative in driving recruitment processes forward.

    Job Description

    • Lead and manage recruitment initiatives from start to finish.
    • Source and attract top-level talent from a variety of sources.
    • Maintain an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfil recruitment needs.
    • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for core roles within the company.
    • Implement and improve recruitment strategies and procedures.
    • Handle administrative duties related to recruitment.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations during the recruitment process.

      A successful Talent Acquisition Partner should have :

    • Proven experience in a recruitment role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency with recruitment software and candidate management systems.
    • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
