Job description

Principal D365 F&O Retail & POS Specialist

This role is to focus on delivering enterprise-scale transformations , optimising operations, and enhancing customer experiences

Work with leading retailers and global brands , helping them streamline operations, modernise POS systems, and enhance omnichannel capabilities . You'll have the opportunity to design, implement, and optimize D365 F&O Retail solutions , working alongside industry experts in a collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven environment .

Your Role :

Retail & POS Solution Design :

  • Architect and implement D365 F&O Retail solutions, including Point of Sale (POS), store operations, inventory management, and eCommerce integration .
  • Configure and customize D365 Commerce to enhance in-store and online retail experiences.

End-to-End Implementation & Optimization :

  • Lead full-cycle implementations of D365 Retail & POS solutions for multi-location and enterprise retail clients .
  • Ensure seamless integration with payment providers, inventory systems, and CRM tools .

    • Stakeholder & Client Engagement :

  • Collaborate with retail business leaders, store managers, and IT teams to tailor solutions to specific business needs.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for end users.

    • Performance, Compliance & Security :

  • Ensure POS and retail systems are secure, compliant, and optimized for speed and scalability.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to enhance customer experience and drive business intelligence.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations Retail modules, Commerce, and POS solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Retail Cloud, Modern POS (MPOS), and Cloud POS (CPOS) .
  • Deep knowledge of inventory management, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and omnichannel retail strategies .
  • Integration experience with third-party payment solutions, eCommerce platforms, and ERP extensions .
  • Strong technical and functional understanding of retail workflows and POS system configurations.
  • Retail industry experience —working with multi-store, franchise, or global retail operations is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 Commerce or Retail are a strong advantage.
