Project Manager / Operations Manager

to join their team.This is a national role, operating remotely with regular travel to sites, overseeing multiple live projects and supporting operational performance at a strategic level.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end delivery of refurbishment and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and external partners across multiple projects.

Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including PAS (Publicly Available Specification) requirements.

Work closely with internal teams to monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve issues efficiently.

Liaise with social housing providers, local authorities, and funding bodies to ensure successful outcomes.

Take an active role in strategic planning, operational improvement, and project reporting.

Travel to various project sites as required, while maintaining effective remote working practices.

RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in the construction sector, ideally within refurbishment and renovation.

Strong knowledge of

PAS standards

and compliance requirements.

Experience working on

social housing projects

and with relevant public-sector clients.

Understanding of

construction funding processes

reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
