Location : Potteries Shopping Centre

Contract : Permanent

Hours : 30 hrs per week

Shift Pattern : VARIOUS SHIFT 4 WEEK ROTA

Pay Rate : £12.21 per hour

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

A cleaning operative will ensure that exemplary cleaning and customer service standards are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. A can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

As a cleaning operative you will be required to deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Potteries Centre, internally and externally. You will ensure all areas are fully maintained and safe through a planned and reactive management operations programme. ABM UK strive to meet our client demands in the best way possible with guest experience and high-quality service being of vital importance. You will also :

• Deliver top class customer service
• Complete all scheduled cleaning and maintain a safe environment
• Ensure all documentation is kept up to date and recorded
• Ensure good communication by reporting any faults / defects
• Work safely within the safety guidelines
• Keeping Carpark clean and stairwells.
• Driving Cleaning machine
