Position : Senior Technical Design Manager – Infrastructure & High-Rise ProjectsLocation : Kent AreaSalary : £83,000 + PackageWe are currently recruiting for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Design Manager to oversee and coordinate technical and design aspects across high-rise and residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects with a forward-thinking company committed to delivering resilient and sustainable communities.Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage design teams, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
• Review and assess designs for compliance with regulations and identify opportunities for value engineering.
• Coordinate with commercial and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building safety standards and regulations (including the Building Safety Act).
• Manage information flow, track progress, and report on key milestones.Skills & Experience :
• Proven experience in managing design for high-rise and residential projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and consultants.
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and building safety.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
• Relevant qualification (HNC / NVQ4 or equivalent) and membership of a professional body (CIOB, RICS, CIAT).Why Apply?
