Shift Pattern : Monday-Friday 9am-7pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays 9 : 30am-2 : 30pm

As a Warm Lead Generation Advisor, your task will be to speak to people who’ve expressed an interest in our insurance . You’ll then pass promising leads on to our consultants who’ll convert them into customers.

The more brilliant leads you find, the greater the chance of a bonus. You’ll work towards personal targets but also those of your team. If you’re the kind of professional, courteous person who listens carefully and builds good relationships from the get- go, you’ve got an exciting future ahead! Contact centre experience would be helpful, but it’s not essential – we’ll teach you all you need to know.
