Job descriptionPrevious experience in a large office building environment is preferred. A minimum requirement is a City and Guilds qualification or similar in plumbing. DBS / CTC Checks : These will be required. Residency : UK residency of 3 years or more is necessary. Drug & Alcohol Test : This will be undertaken within the first month of placement for critical roles. Interview Knowledge : During the interview, candidates must demonstrate some knowledge of the client and an understanding of the role. Vetting Requirements : As this is a government building, a Basic DBS check will be conducted upon recruitment, and a CTC check will be undertaken while in the role.
Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting a Senior Maintenance Technician on a 10 Month Contract based in Hampshire.
This position is INSIDE IR35 .
Job Description :
Undertake all types of plumbing tasks and carry out general maintenance of a large office building.
Key Responsibilities :
- 40 hours a week with variable start times of 07 : 00 - 15 : 30 and 09 : 30 - 18 : 00.
