Assistant Restaurant Manager Michelin Star

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a small team within a fantastic Michelin starred restaurant with rooms. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will deputise for the Restaurant Manager ensuring impeccable service is always delivered.

The Perks

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you can look forward to the following :

Salary of up to £36,000 depending on experience
4 days on 3 days off
300- £600 a month in service
Meals on duty
Good service training provided
Fun, fast paced environment
Live in available approx. £300 a month

A renowned and beautiful boutique property, with 1 Michelin star, a Michelin Green star & 4 AA rosettes. They also have 8 guest rooms set in the Wye Valley & woodland.

The Person

The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have the following :

Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or strong supervisor in a fine dining setting

Michelin experience or rosette desired

Must be able to drive or live very locally to the area

Happy to do some splits shifts when needed.

Flexible to work shifts as required.

Excellent spoken and written English.
