  • Has a degree in Physiotherapy and is HCPC registered
  • Brings at least 5 years of MSK clinical experience
  • Is either experienced in line management or interested in developing in this area
  • Is confident in leading and supporting others, and contributing to team development
  • Values feedback and uses it to improve themselves and support others
  • Is solution-focused and aligned with the goal of keeping people active and moving
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary teamWhat Will You Be Doing?
  • Providing high-quality MSK assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management
  • Supporting and developing the Diagnostics team through peer reviews, coaching, and training
  • Taking part in regular service development and helping shape the direction of the department
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team and referring patients where appropriate
  • Participating in regular feedback and performance reviews
  • Full training in Pilates with the opportunity to run or cover classes
  • Line managing the Diagnostics team (with support and training provided if stepping into this for the first time)Working Hours and EnvironmentThis is a full-time role with flexibility for the right candidate (minimum 30 hours).
