Tenders Manager to Manage and lead the National Tenders team ensuring they are meeting and
exceeding the agreed SLA’s. This is an essential part of the BSS tenders and bids, vital in helping us
to win business and ensuring our continued success. You’ll also manage the delivery of our Work
Winning strategy for both colleagues and customers at a local level through amazing project sales
management.
Working hours - Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

In this exciting role you will create and build one National Tenders Team by managing, leading and
developing the team to ensure that they have the right training and support where required. By
working with Directors, National and Regional Key accounts, you will be ensuring we offer World
Class service.

responsibility and will be confident in taking on a variety of everyday challenges, while maintaining
great customer and colleague relationships.

What experience do you need?
Previous experience within sales would be advantageous, but not essential. We just need
transferable skills such as, the ability to lead a team through change, research and analytical
problem-solving, along with teamwork and product offering. Previous experience regarding tenders
and bid writing would be beneficial for this position.
