Job Overview : We are looking for a reliable Groundworker to join our client's construction team. The successful candidate will assist with site preparation and setup, ensuring all groundwork is completed to a high standard.Key Responsibilities :

• Clear vegetation and debris from construction sites.
• Dig trenches and lay foundations.
• Install drainage systems.
• Lay concrete, pavements, driveways, and kerbs.
• Operate construction tools and equipment.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.Skills & Requirements :
• Previous experience as a Groundworker.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards.
• Ability to read and follow project plans.
• Physical fitness for handling heavy materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• CSCS card (desirable).
• CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper and Roller tickets.
• CIS or Umbrella
