To succeed in this role, you must be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon experienced in delivering exceptional care, demonstrating strong clinical leadership and teamwork. You should have a background in fostering a progressive clinical culture, supporting nurse consults, and Schedule 3 procedures. Coaching and influencing colleagues to create a collaborative, high-performing team environment is essential.

As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding care to patients during consultations and procedures, ensuring their health and well-being are always top priority. You'll keep clients informed with clear and concise updates on their pets' status and treatment plans, making sure they feel reassured and in the loop.
