As an Assessment officer you will work collaboratively across services and projects to ensure consistent and holistic assessments and reviews of people accessing Age UK Doncaster’s activities using a strengths-based approach. As well as continually developing our approach in line with Local and National legislation, guidelines, and practices.
You will work across the organisation to conduct assessments and reviews with people accessing our services and projects. You will work closely with the Client Journey Manager to continually develop the approach we use in line with the agreed policies and procedures of Age UK Doncaster. This will promote the dignity and independence of the people we support.

This post is 35 hours per week Monday to Friday. 2.5FTE posts available, part time hours will be considered for all posts
