5.00 pmJob PurposeTo lead a maintenance planning team ensuring that customers receive the best possible service.Reporting to the Maintenance Operations Manager duties are varied and will include : Overseeing the delivery of high-volume work streams of high voltage substation and asset inspections and maintenance nationally.Managing and mentoring the planning teamMonitoring service metrics including response times, resolution rates and customer satisfaction scoresResolving customer queriesResource allocation ensuring a 24 / 7 call out functionClient maintenance and inspection reportsMonitoring and controlling work in progress costsImplementing improvement strategiesImplementing new services and improving existing ones to meet changing customer needs and market demandsDeveloping service standards, policies and proceduresEnsuring health & safety requirements are adhered toSkills required : Higher Level Engineering QualificationProficiency in asset management principles and practicesKnowledge of electrical systems, substation equipment and relevant industry standardsProject management experienceIf you have the required skills and are interested in this role, please do applyTalent 84 Ltd acts as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client and as an employment business when supplying temporary staff.
