What You Will Do :

  • Update payroll software and HR database with new employee details, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct Right to Work checks and manage reference requests, ensuring compliance and integrity.
  • Produce simple reports and manipulate people data to support HR decision-making.
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related administration queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Drive administrative efficiencies, ensuring all HR processes are streamlined and effective.
