Join a Leading Independent Insurance Broker as a Household Insurance Account HandlerWe’re excited to be partnering with a reputable, well-established independent Insurance Broker in search of a skilled Household Insurance Account Handler to join their close-knit team. Specialising in home-owners and landlords insurance, they cater to non-standard and high-value risks across the UK, providing customised insurance solutions to their loyal client base.This full-time role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement after completing the initial training period. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 : 30 pm.Salary Range : £25,000 to £30,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications), plus a performance-based bonus.As a Household Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for managing your own renewal book of clients. Your key duties will include :

• Re-broking and placing risks in the market at renewal
• Conducting thorough annual reviews to ensure clients’ cover remains adequate and up to date
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and post
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to achieve renewal retention targets
