FLT Driver - 4 On 4 Off

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Counterbalance Driver to join our client's team based in Calverton, Nottingham. This role requires excellent communication skills and a Counterbalance FLT licence along with experience working within a yard.

Requirements :

• Always wear the correct PPE.
• Always maintain the yard in a clean and tidy condition.
• Always keep the plant in a clean and tidy condition.
• Operating the FLT with clamps.
• Load and unload lorries as required using equipment provided.
• Complete all relevant paperwork concerning loads in / out ensuring photographs of the loads are taken and passed to the Commercial Assistant or Commercial Manager daily.
• Re-bag by-products to reduce the number of smaller bags on site if asked to do so.
• Ensure any by-product bags from the production area are stored in the correct place to await disposal or out loading.
• Load or assist in the loading of reject material onto walking floors for transport away from the site as and when required.
• Report any damage or defects as soon as possible to the Yard Team Leader.
• Reading and understanding all Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work appropriate to the task being undertaken.
