WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Elevate UI / UX Standards : Transform existing Figma designs into world-class UI / UX experiences, aligning with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Brand Consistency Across Platforms : Synchronize app brand identity across the website, store pages, admin panels, and branded merchandise.
  • Competitive Research & A / B Testing : Conduct in-depth research on competitor design systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and proposing A / B test ideas.
  • Team Growth & Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and develop designers, fostering a high-performance design culture.
  • Creative Concept Development : Support the creation of innovative design concepts for media buying and user acquisition campaigns.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Knowledge of app usage patterns depending on the platform.
  • Deep knowledge of IOS / Material design guidelines.
  • Strong experience in prototyping and designing interfaces that suit specific purposes.
  • Experience in preparing design assets, animations, and specifications.
  • Basic knowledge of app development processes.
