An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Trade Operative work for a Contractor based in East London on a permanent basis offering a salary of £36,000. The successful Multi Trade Candidate will be able to work in occupied properties carrying out reactive repairs.Location :

• East London and Essex.Working hours
• 08 : 00am to 17 : 00pmYou will be required to :
• Multi Trade to complete a variety of trades.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, occupied.
• Provide your own basic hand and power tools.
• Have experience working within social housing properties.You will be supplied with :
• Company van
• Fuel cardYou must :
• Have use of a smartphone. Jobs will be supplied via an App, BYOD paid at £20.00 a month
