The Opportunity
This organisation is a private sector organisation based in Hillsborough. This organisation is looking to recruit a part-time administrator to assist with their office administration duties. In this role you will be responsible for the following :
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, managing customer records, and preparing sales reports.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update sales documentation and databases.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Answer and manage the office telephone

To be considered for this role, you will have the following :
