An opportunity for an experienced claims specialist to join a leading global insurance & reinsurance carrier.
In this role you will work closely with senior claims adjusters to provide a market leading claims service that supports a client focused philosophy. A full program of technical training and development will be provided.
Overview
- Investigating and adjusting claims within authority limits
- Manage claims via ECF and Non-ECF.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management and resolution of claims.
- Review loss adjuster reports and other supporting documentation.
- Effectively handle a designated caseload and escalate cases where necessary.
- Triage incoming claims documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy of reserves.
- Work within company guidelines and regulatory parameters.
- Process settlement payments
What you need to bring
Demonstrable claims experience with a broker, TPA or (re)insurance carrierFamiliarity with handling of 1st Party claims, property and / or Energy preferred.Lloyd's Market experience desirable, but not essentialStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailGood communication both verbally and in writing, with both internal and external stakeholders,Ability to work independently yet thrive within a team environmentWhat is on offer
