Job descriptionPrepare and analyse monthly and annual reports to monitor trends, financial health, and forecasts. Spearhead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple time frames. Collaborate with various departments to refine financial strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives. Manage and mentor a skilled finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth. Propose and implement systems and processes to streamline operations and improve financial controls.

This strategic yet hands-on role places you at the helm of the company’s financial management, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll oversee the finance team, manage the company’s financial operations, and play a crucial role in shaping the department’s processes, driving efficiency, and supporting the business's ambitious growth plans.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including VAT, payroll, and cash flow management.
- Lead the production of monthly management accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
