Senior Planner

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Project Planner on a Permanent basis, located UK Wide.We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Planner to join one of the UK’s leading consultancy’s. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects across various industries, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Key Responsibilities

• Project Scheduling : Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Resource Allocation : Coordinate with project teams to identify and allocate resources effectively.
• Progress Monitoring : Track project progress against the plan, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to meet project objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and reports.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
• Data Analysis : Analyse project performance data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes.Qualifications and Skills
• A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong permanent planning experience.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
