Credit Controller

FIXED TERM MATERNITY COVER 9 - 12 MONTHSEither full time 8.30 - 5.30 or part time 30 hours per weekThe RoleReporting to the Finance Manager and working as part of a small dedicated friendly team you will be dealing with the sales ledger managing live accounts, allocating cash, releasing orders, setting credit limits, dealing with queries, taking card payments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in or continuing a career in Accounting.Key duties and responsibilities will include :

• Carrying out all necessary Credit Control duties to ensure the timely recovery of debt
• Collating and reviewing information in relation to the Ledger and reporting to the Finance Manager on the key issues along with necessary recommendations
• Working closely with other elements of the finance department to ensure that month end and year end deadlines are met
• Good communication skillsIn order to be considered for this position applicants will be expected to :
